Since the project begun, the following facilities and equipments have been developed;

Two District Forestry Offices; one (1) in Tharaka and another in Mbeere Districts,
Vehicles for Project HQs and the 3 Districts,
Motorbikes for the field officers,
Computers and other office equipments for the project HQs and the 3 Districts,
Radio call system installed in the project area.

The major facilities and equipments bought are as shown in the table below:-
